Chris Colvin is a Senior Research Officer in Social Sciences and HIV/AIDS, TB and STIs at the UCT School of Public Health and Family Medicine’s Centre for Infectious Disease Epidemiology and Research (CIDER). His current research interests include gender, community mobilization, health activism and health citizenship in the context of infectious diseases. He has a PhD in sociocultural anthropology and an MPH in biostatistics and epidemiology.
